The shipping and handling charge for Custom Oligo orders is AUD $20.00. Orders over AUD $800.00 in value are shipped F.I.S..

Shipping times

The ‘Production Times’ table below indicates the maximum production time for various types of oligos. These figures are based on orders of 20 oligos or less – times for larger orders may occasionally be extended.

Please note that 40 nmole scale Priority orders must be received by 10.00 am Adelaide time (usually 12.30 pm NZ time) to be available for shipping the following day. Orders containing more than one type of service are despatched after completion of the slowest oligo unless separate delivery is requested. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, shipping times may be extended. Customers are informed in the event of delay.

Production time for DUAL LABELLED PROBES is maximum 8 working days.
