Real-time Assay Design
Biosearch have recently developed a convenient on-line design tool called RealTimeDesign™. This free, easy to use, yet powerful design application for real-time qPCR offers both Express and Custom Modes to accommodate the different levels of control that assays may require. The software links directly to NCBI to retrieve sequences according to accession number, and to confirm priming specificity. RealTimeDesign allows you to:

Plate Orders – Only AUD $0.28/base!
For those customers wanting to order oligos in 96-well plates, Biosearch offers standard desalted oligos (20-80-mers) in deep well plates. This service supplies a normalized 5 nmole of dry oligo at $0.28/base (ex GST) plus importation and shipping. Turnaround from order to delivery is within 2 weeks. RPC purification, oligo mixing and aliquoting services are also available for plate format oligos – please enquire.
How to Order
Orders for Biosearch Technologies services are handled completely separately from GeneWorks oligo orders. Special order forms are available for download from this page. GeneWorks places orders on your behalf with Biosearch and handles all importation and shipping of your order to you. The transaction is in Australian Dollars with GeneWorks.
