GeneWorks recently expanded its services to include longer read length sequencing, higher guaranteed yields, and additional applications. Our service now offers:

  • Sample indexing for multiplexed sequencing

NOTES:

     *Library format compatible with Multiplexed sequencing.

  1. For successful library preparation ChIP and MeDIP DNA must be quantified by PicoGreen assay or equivalent and contain sufficient DNA in the 200-400 bp range.
  2. If MeDIP DNA is prepared using anti-5-Me-dC antibody, adapter ligation by GeneWorks is required prior to the customer immunoprecipitation step.

  1. Sequence guarantee assumes that satisfactory library quality is obtained from the sample.
  2. Up to 12 samples can be sequenced in one lane using the Illumina indexing system.  Price includes separation of sequences into separate files by indexing sequence.
