CSPro Quality Certification

In December 2009, GeneWorks became a Certified Service Provider (CSPro) for Sequencing under Illumina’s CSPro program. This complements our existing ISO 9001 Certification of our Quality Management System, and reinforces our commitment to the provision of the highest quality Next Generation Sequencing services possible to the local and international research community. GeneWorks is the first CSPro in the Southern Hemisphere!

Illumina CSPro is a collaborative service partnership dedicated to ensuring the delivery of the highest-quality data available for genetic analysis applications. Illumina CSPro certification ensures that customers who use Illumina CSPro services receive the industry-leading data quality and service they have come to expect from Illumina.
