The Transit-siQUEST ® Transfection Reagent is specifically designed for the delivery of siRNA to mammalian cells as an alternative to the Transit-TKO® Reagent. The Transit-siQUEST® reagent is also a broad spectrum, low toxicity siRNA delivery reagent and exhibits a distinct transfection profile in mammalian cell lines when compared to the Transit-TKO® Reagent. Transfections are most effective when performed in complete growth media with no media change required. These unique features make the Transit-siQUEST® Reagent ideal for siRNA-
mediated gene silencing studies. Mir 2110 provides sufficient reagent to perform up to 1,000 transfections in 24-well plates.
