The TransIT®-Prostate Transfection Kit is optimized to provide superior transfection efficiency in prostate cells while maintaining high cell viability. This kit results in greater than 50% efficiency in prostate cell lines using eGFP as a reporter. Highest efficiencies are achieved when transfections are performed in serum-containing media, with no media change. MIR 2130 provides sufficient reagent to perform up to 500 transfections in 35 mm wells or 6-well plates.
