The TransIT-Neural® Transfection Reagent is a novel formulation speifically developed to achieve superior transfection efficiency in a wide variety of neural cell types while maintaining high cell
viability. This ready-to-use reagent results in up to 5% efficiency using eGFP as a reporter plasmid. Highest efficiencies are achieved when transfections are performed in serum-containing media, with no media change. MIR 2140 provides sufficient reagent to perform up to 500 transfections in 12-well plates.
