miRCURY LNA™ Universal RT microRNA PCR, Polyadenylation and cDNA synthesis kit contains reagents for polyandenylation and reverse transcription of all microRNAs into cDNA in a single reaction step. By using the same RT reaction as template in all subsequent PCR reactions, the procedure is greatly simplified compared to systems that require microRNA-specific first-strand synthesis. The kit contains enough reagents for 32 20µl reverse transcription reactions. The following materials are supplied: 5x reaction buffer, 10x enzyme mix, nuclease free water and a synthetic RNA spike-in template. The SYBR® Green master mix contains 25mL of 2x SYBR® Green master mix, nuclease-free water and a Control primer set. The Control primer set is designed for amplification of the synthetic RNA spike-in provided in the Universal cDNA synthesis kit.
